About BCB
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is the national governing body for cricket in Bangladesh, responsible for the national teams and the Bangladesh Premier League.
Founded in 1972 and based in Dhaka, the BCB runs the Bangladesh men’s and women’s teams and the domestic game, and owns the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the country’s flagship T20 franchise competition.
As a Full Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in the Asia region, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) represents Bangladesh in world cricket. It oversees the Bangladesh men and Bangladesh women teams, and organises domestic competitions such as National Cricket League and Dhaka Premier League, and manages major tournaments including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
